Home prices in many parts of the U.S. are predicted to remain level or fall over the next 12 months, but Zillow has just release a list of 37 cities where they expect home prices to appreciate over 7% in the next year. Six Tennessee cities are included on this list:

1) Sevierville, TN

3) Tullahoma, TN

7) Knoxville, TN

22) Johnson City, TN

31) Cookeville, TN

36) Morristown, TN
